• If you choose to receive special information, and then you change your mind and wish not to receive any more, you can always send us an email to support@apumaki.com , asking to not provide any longer special information and you will be removed from the mailing list. Please indicate in the subject of the email: “unsubscribe”.
• All of our special information emails will have the option to unsubscribe from the mailing list.
Payment Policies:
• We understand that making purchases online involves a great deal of trust, that is why we are concerned about the security of your personal information.
• Our virtual store uses a secure online intermediary to make your purchases: PayPal®. PayPal® ensures security and confidentiality of your personal information. You are not required to become a PayPal® member to pay through our webpage. If you ever want to use another form of payment rather than PayPal®, please send us an email to support@apumaki.com, informing us, which products you will like and how you want to pay for them.
Shipping Policies:
• All of our products listed online are in stock. We will send your new products normally between 1 to 3 business days after the purchase was made. The time of arrival, usually is between 3 to 5 business days after we send your products.
• We use the USPS postal service for deliveries to the U.S, unless you want to use another shipping company. In that case, please contact us.

• If you are interested in on one of our products and you live outside of the US, please send us an email to support@apmaki.com in order to calculate the shipping cost. Explain which product you will like and where you want to be shipped.
Return Policies:
• Your satisfaction is very important to us, if you have any problems with one of your new products, please return it to us in its original condition, within 7 days of the products receive date for an exchange or a refund.
• Send us an email to support@apumaki.com within 48 hours of receiving an item you want to return, explaining the reasons why you want to return them.
• The shipping cost only will be refunded if the return is a result of our mistake. Otherwise, shipping charges are not refundable.
Sales tax:
• Please be advice that we charge 6.5% sales tax for orders shipped to a florida address.
Unique products:
• As our products are handmade please allow for slight variations from the pictures on our site (mainly size and weight).
